Oxford Innovation, established in 1991 as part of the SQW Group, specialises in high growth support for ambitious small-to-medium-sized businesses. It has successfully delivered a number of business support and innovation projects, supporting more than 7,000 businesses.

OI enables ambitious businesses to achieve full growth potential via one-to-one coaching, identifying business priorities through diagnostic assessments. It strives to enable client businesses with access to business tools and a network of highly experienced coaches.

Unlocking Potential, part of the Cornwall College Group, has been working with businesses and graduates for more than a decade, helping people develop and businesses grow. Its mission is to unlock the potential within each person or business that it works with.

Through strong relationships, UP helps businesses grow, creating as many jobs and opportunities as possible. UP also specialises in developing talent, making connections and tapping into knowledge and expertise to help create a vibrant and sustainable economy.

The Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub provides local businesses or people thinking of starting a business with a single point for accessing a wide range of information and support.

The Growth Hub acts as a signposting service, referring you to support programmes such as Breakthrough. Growth Hub’s team of locally-based experts work directly with businesses to help them identify and access support in a way that is right for them.
