Breakthrough Business Support in Cornwall

Breakthrough for Start-ups

Whether you’re thinking of starting a business in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly or if you’re already trading successfully, Breakthrough for Start-ups offers a fully-funded business support programme to help you realise your growth potential.

Working With Us

Working with Breakthrough for Start-ups offers a whole host of key benefits including tailored one-to-one coaching from a friendly team of experienced professionals and employment support via a graduate placement scheme.

Breakthrough for Start-ups is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and delivered by Oxford Innovation in partnership with Unlocking Potential; both have a rich history of delivering successful business support and helping start-ups shine.

Programme Overview

Those joining the programme will initially attend a two-day workshop designed to help entrepreneurs challenge their own thinking and ensure the fundamentals are in place.

Following the workshop, those who continue on the Breakthrough for Start-up programme will gain access to ongoing one-to-one coaching from a lead coach and a wider network of specialist mentors. All support will be structured depending on individual needs.

Businesses that are ready to grow their team will be encouraged to consider a graduate placement and will receive support throughout the recruitment process.
